I entered the Organization and Strategy program at University of Tennessee in fall of 2015. While obtaining a Masters in Accounting at Illinois State University, I managed a local restaurant, which led me to speculate ways in which business can be improved. My research lies at the intersection of entrepreneurship and organizational behavior. More specifically, I am interested in the role of entrepreneurs’ perceptions of stress (appraisal) in influencing matters relevant to a business venture or to an entrepreneur’s well-being. I graduate this Spring semester and will be starting at Iowa State University as an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship this Summer.
